To connect an account please make sure of the following:
1) You should never manually install the EA and template in MT4.
2) You should never load the EA directly on a chart.
3) After adding an account, always right-click on a chart and load the FX Synerg template. It should have been automatically installed, you just need to load it, that’s it.
4) The account number in MT4 has to match the account number in FX Synergy.
If you want to start over, you can reset all settings by deleting the “config.bin” file found in the installation folder.
